Can't load into FC Live

I've had this bug for so long, but it started happening ever since I was sent the FC 25 Beta Code. I installed the beta which, I wasn't event allowed to play. And ever since that any other FC game that I have played doesn't let me load into online. I play on steam, I'd like to get some help or advice regarding this glitch. Fix it or refund it.
