Can't play EA FC 24 and NHL 24 online

Hi guys,

I haven't played FIFA or NHL for over 5 years now on my Xbox and finally decided to make a comeback and play the new versions that just came out. So I paid and downloaded the game to my Xbox, everything was going fine. However, when I launched the games, and I usually like to play Online, I started having issues. First, it said that my account password expired and I need to reset it, so I scanned the QR code on the screen and did everything. Verified my email and phone #. After I did all that, it is still giving me the same error. Also, I tried to link my EA account with my Xbox account and got an error saying that my accounts are already linked and can only be linked once in a lifetime, and it's showing some weird disabled EA email address that I don't recognize (see attached screenshot). Also, there is no option to unlink anything. It's been 2 days now and every frustrating because I can't play either EA FC or NHL online because I am stuck on the issue. Can anyone please help me out or guide me in the right direction? EA doesn't have a customer support phone # and I can't open a case with the for some reason, it doesn't give me the option when I click Open a Case it just takes me to self-support site which doesn't really help me with the issue I am having. Any help would be much appreicated.

    If your account appears as disabled please try to use your last email address registered on that account to reset your password. 

       

    Test all your emails and see if you can log in. https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/#reset 

      

    In case of any further issues contact our support team. To reach them:  

      

    On the EA Help homepage, type 'EA App' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.  

    Select See all help topics.  

    Select the Manage my account category.  

    Select I need help logging into my EA Account.  

    Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear.  

     

    Those should help you get contact options.

  • For some reason, when i open ea fc 24 and try to play any online mode the game crash, and if i open ultimate team the game just keeps loading forever

    i play on steam
