Cant press continue on verification screen

I have pressed it multiple time, reinstalled it, geld the Button down ect. Yet nothing us working so I'm stuck on offline mode and cannot play ut anymore. There seems to be a orange box around the code and I'm guessing that's what u use to select the button but I have a cursor and cannot use it.
