Can't re-download FC 24

Hi, i've got a big issue with FC 24. I've bought the ultimate edition and i wasn't able to play with the early access (well known issue, i'm not alone as you can see), so i decided to get ea play and...

You should be able to uninstall the trial and then install the Ultimate Edition.

 @EA_Barry EA app doesn't recognise my version as ultimate ( it doesn't give me access to early access.) I just changed data into my pc and i was able to re-download the game, but i can't launch it. It says that i have to buy the game.
