Can't send item to my club

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As a software developer as well, I know how to help you on it, but I really don't know what happened. Nothing special. Maybe a logout between the bid and the end of the auction, I don't really remember. I just made a bid on a consumable and I was stuck at the end of the auction... PS : I had to give an Ultimate Team mode, but obviously that wasn't on SDC Challenges, that's a problem on Transfer Market.
What happens when the bug occurs? The item can't be sent to the club or applied on a manager, or sold again on the transfert market. It just stays as a "Won Item".
What should be happening instead? It should be possible to send the item to the club, or to apply it on a manager, or to sold it again on the transfert market.

I saw some people had the same bug on FIFA23, but there were no given solutions, so I open a new ticket for EAFC24 and hope EA developers will do something quickly.


I have a problem with an item since the release of the game (Friday 29th September). I won the auction for the consumable "Manager League" (LaLiga) , but I can't send it to my club or anything.

I took some screenshots on PC to prove it, but the bug occurs on my PS5 too, and on the Companion App.

My main platform is PS5 but I think I did the bid on PC.

  • I have the same problem

    After winning a player at auction on the transfer market (heung min son) I cannot send him to my club.
    It is clearly indicated to me that I have obtained the card, the credits have been withdrawn but the player remains stuck in the transfer window.

    When I try to send it back to my club, a message indicating that the ultimate team connection is impossible even though I am in ultimate team mode and that I can make matches.

    Please resolve this problem quickly knowing that the credits have been debited.

    I'm on PS5 and the problem occurred last night and is still ongoing
