EA completely destroying the Career experience with this one. Cannot fire a coach bcs the game freezes to the point of having to close and open again
For me it’s this and the lack of walkouts, lineup and formation animations pre-match. Do people who play career mode really want to get into matches quicker? Not me.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Team is full of assistant coaches, if you try to fire one to hire a new one, the game freezes immediately. I've tried waiting it out for a long time, but eventually have to hard stop the game. It does NOT crash, so there is no way to report the crash via Playstation.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes entirely. It does not crash, however.
What should be happening instead? Would assume you should be able to resume hiring your new replacement assistant manager :-)
Browsing social media (X, Reddit) this is a consistent issue with other users, as well.
