Career mode won't open

Every time I've tried to open career mode or ultimate team the last few weeks it locks it on an ad for FC26 and the only thing I can do is close the game.

I've already tried reinstalling the game, restarting the game and console and unplugging the console to let the static out.

If anyone can help it would be very appreciated.
