They destroyed my gaming experience and loyalty. Error with DS4 controller

It is the only game I use, I have played every title of the franchise , but I am losing my sanity because of the problem of my Controller, I play from my PC Laptop, with a PlayStation 4 controller (DualShock4) and my controller has some technical details like drift that your game does not allow to fix to fix the dead-zone of my JoyStick , for this I have to use a Virtual Controller to correct , I never play online because it seems to me a monogame experience, and now it turns out that the only game does not let me start the game because of the error “this software cannot be used at the same time as the game”. I want to clarify in my last months I have always played Offline career mode, but now I have destroyed the gaming experience because I can not start the game, with the virtual controller DS4Windows, and without it does not detect my controller, and if it does, does not allow to configure it correctly to fix my problem, I see no solution to the issue, and finally I want the refund of my money, as it is the only game that does not run me.
