CAREER MODE

Hey, I play FC 24 and I had created a player in the career mode and he went to Man United for four seasons so I only put him to Man United for 4 years or seasons and then all of a sudden I transferred him into Juventus.He had  7 traits and all the traits were working fine at man utd but stopped working in Juventus and when I am in the game that time the traits show at the right top corner but do not have impact on the game so can someone assist me ?🙏
