[PS4] FC 24 - Unable to connect to EA Servers (2FA issue)

As the title suggests, if my EA Account has 2FA enabled, I'm unable to connect to the EA Servers on FC 24 (PS4 Edition).

I have recently formated my console (to eliminate corrupted files/local cache), I've renewed the linkeage between my EA Account and my PSN Account, even gone as far as renewing the 2FA token. Nothing works out.

The only (temporary) fix is to disable 2FA, which I won't do to not make my account vulnerable.

I don't have other EA titles on PS4 to test it out, but on PC (Steam) I'm able to connect without any issues because upon launching an EA Game, the app pops up a request to trust the device.

Has anyone else ever had this issue? How did you solve it? I found support unhelpful because the related topics don't mention this specific issue and, AFAIK, there is no option to open a support ticket.
