[Career]Can't stay at my club

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? Skotix4200
Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Player Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the career and fail to meet the objectives for a new club,forcing you to stay at you current club
What happens when the bug occurs? I can only change my club and not stay at my current one
What should be happening instead? Be able to stay at my club

So in my career I'm at Miami wanting to go to Milan. I fail at that,so I want to stay at Miami. The problem was after I press end season and I get to the choice screen on what I want to do next,I can only change my club to one of my agents recommendations. This is super annoying please fix this,makes career unplayable

    @Sup08 This bug is becoming more evident as people are starting Complete there first season,this is a real game breaker, it's bad enough they have taken out request loan request transfer and the January transfer which has took some dynamic realism away from the game, but club hopping for 15 seasons? We are not all John Burridge!

    Just had this bug too I’m a middlesbrough fan so wanted to stay at middlesbrough and try to achieve success with then bringing in new players but now I can’t stay and have to transfer elsewhere, this is a terrible bug makes me want to stop playing this save for sure.

    Fix it please, I don't want to club-hop every year. It is annoying and I'm sure it's easy to fix. Fix it, please.

    Player at Real Madrid. Manages to achieve contract objectives in spite of 3-month injury mid-season (I changed positions). Initial wage is 15000. Offered new contract by Real Madrid (per agent) of 170000 to stay. Click "Stay at Club". Start new season and notice weekly wage of 15,000 again. Not a wage increased to 170,000, but all the objectives are more difficult.

    Tried the other button (change club) and selecting Real Madrid again. Same result. I guess I didn't really want to play a character that has a career at a top team...

    A little surprised that nobody at EA tested this button before launch. QA fail 😉

    PLEASE FIX THIS. Thanks in advance.

    Exact same here. Played the last game of the group stages of the euros. Go to select end season and there is only the option to change club

    This happened to me today. In my case, I was planning on leaving anyway as I won the quadruple for Chelsea. A part of me did want to stay as Chelsea is my team, but was figuring I should venture elsewhere and see what new trophies I could win. I completed all the objectives of multiple clubs, especially Chelsea. When I clicked end season, Chelsea offered me a butt load of money to stay more than any other club was offering, which was enticing me to stay with Chelsea, but I didn't have the option to stay. Why dangle that carrot if I cannot actually stay at the club I deep down really want to stay with.

    @senior_birdie when you select 'change club', is it then basically dead, no more options? that's what I'm seeing.

    I solved this problem!

    Checking the integrity of the game files (game recovery) helped me. And the fact that I then loaded the career not in the usual way, but through the “load career” section, where I chose not the manual last save, but the automatic last save.

    Well, before that I also optimized my computer a little using CCleaner.

    In Russian: 

    Мне помогла проверка целостности файлов игры (восстановление игры). И то, что я потом загрузил карьеру не обычным способом, а через раздел "загрузить карьеру", где я выбрал не ручное последнее сохранение, а автоматическое последнее сохранение. 

    Ну и также перед этим я немного оптимизировал компьютер через CCleaner (в РФ эта программа работает только с впн).
