CHARGED TWICE

I got charged twice on my EA FC ULTIMATE EDITION purchase, and I have no way to contact EA, for a refund on the 2nd charge. The payment is fully processed on both charges.

    This isn't something we can resolve on the forums, so you will need to reach out to our chat or email support. 

    Here's how to reach them: 

       

    1. Click here on your PC: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/  
    2. Search for and select: 'EA App' in the search bar.  
    3. Then, choose:  'I want a refund'
