club name offensive and rivals rewards incorrect

Hello,&nbsp;Today I opened ultimate team to get my rivals rewards. First of all, I got a warning popup that my club name is offensive content which is bizarre because I've been using this name since I started playing ultimate team which is named after liverpool. and then I try to open my rivals rewards, and I got only a rare player pack and I 'am in division 2. Is this normal ?&nbsp;&nbsp;Best regards.

Hey @skhf19&nbsp;if you have been issued a warning about your name then you will need to change it.&nbsp;

If you do not update it then you risk further action.

@EA_Darko Hello, but I don't understand why my club name is LIVERPOOL FC and abbreviation to LIV. How is that offensive?

I have the same issue. I have been using "The Seniors" as a team name since launch. Why is it offensive? Whom do you contact or how do you appeal?

@EA_Darko&nbsp;How can an appeal be made?My support ticket referred me to Answers HQ to request reviewal.Another forum posts shows to submit the ticket type that I already submitted (which referred me to Answers HQ).
