Coins wipe out for no reason

I have last i have been hacked and someone remove 3.7 millions of coins and two players roberto carlos icon and kevin de bruyne centurion and today they remove anothe 100k i earn playing this days witn out any explanation why i already spend more than $500 in fc points si ce the release of this games and all my earning somebody wipe out for reason a d i want to know why or what happen

    Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.
     
    After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.
     
    You can create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery and check into this further with you.

    I already do a case but it get worse the last 100k i earn playing on rival champion reward and couples pack i open get remove ot again and the worse is that i get a infraction now your coworkers try to blame me for that *
