Hey so basically as the title says on FC24 I recently got unbanned like 17 hours ago after EA banned me wrongly, and then I got it overturned, earlier today I tried logging onto Ultimate Team but I just get the message
"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu"
I know the issue isn't to do with my internet as I am able to access all the other online modes like pro clubs and Seasons etc. Just not Ultimate Team which is the main thing I play the game for. I have tried the general fixes like restarting both pc and the router, cleared the cache on EA app, verified the files, none of these fixed it. So I spoke to someone on the EA live chat help to try and fix it and the first person I spoke to said that he would get someone from a team to look into the details and get it fixed and that it shouldn't take long, so he told me to just keep trying every now and then to go into UT. This is what I've been trying but Its been 8 hours since then as of time of writing this post and the issue is still not fixed so I tried speaking to another person who just recommended the same general fixed I had already tried. I suppose I could try reinstalling the game tomorrow but I don't feel like that will help if verifying the files didn't work.
Is there anyone who can help? Surely this is on EAs side not mine as on my ban history page it says there are no active bans and the ban I got recently says its overturned

Hey im just wondering, did you also get banned or sanctioned before? im sure that this problem must be on EA side not client side so im just curious if maybe they like didnt really unban us?
I got the same issue and i even talked to them too many time but there answer is same that wait for 1/2 days. My RTG is working smoothly on same pc idk what’s wrong.
