    @LostShadow97 When i received email of my ban lifted,My heart was full of joy for few minutes until i started Ultimate team.I wish i can get that happiness 😊 back.

@aozor56 Can you go to online chat to see the progress of this issue?I cannot connect to live chat at the moment.I don't know what is causing this

@LostShadow97 I have tried everything and i still cannot access Ultimate team,My final fix is to reinstall the game and EA app from the scratch,Let's see how it goes
