Connection issues and account problems
I have a problem when entering the EAFC24 game through the Microsoft xbox cloud gaming service, my problem occurs as soon as I enter the game, it presents me with a message saying that it was not possible to connect and then it starts the game offline, then When I want to play an online mode it shows me the error again and asks me to log in to my account again
So when I go to see the screen, it shows me an email, random that I'm not aware of: [edit: email address removed]
So, I can't log in with this email, and even if I go back and press B, and try to connect by filling in my email, the game logs in normally, but again displays the error that it was not possible to connect
So I can neither play nor change the account linked to my Xbox account, since when I go to the EA website and try to log in using my Xbox account, it asks for confirmation of this account, which is not mine.
