Thank you for reaching out about this. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

Thank you. Your report is showing a very poor connection with a high amount of packet loss. This is why you're disconnecting. It also looks like some matches are played on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire for all your matches?
