Constant error CE-34978-0 on PS4, when scoring a goal in FIFA24

Question

Hello,I am stuck playing the first game in any of the categories (Ultimate team, Kick off, etc.), because every time a goal is scored, by either side, it immediately crashes with the error CE-34878-0. I have tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times, shutting down the PS4, draining the power, restoring licenses, updating the software and FIFA&nbsp; 24 app, deleting saved cache from storage and absolutely nothing works.I have attached a photo taken with my phone with the error, if it helps in any wayI have been struggling with this issue for more than 4 days and it has become really frustrating, so I would really appreciate some help fixing it.Thank you and I hope somebody has a fix for this and can help me!Alex Nadejde

If you have changed or upgraded the hard drive, it may be worthwhile trying to use the original one to confirm an issue with the new drive.

@EA_Barry Thank you, but I did not upgrade the HDD...I tried all the solutions provided by EA Games and PS and it seems that the only solution left is to Initialize.
