Constantly disconnecting from EA Servers, EAFC 24, Series X

On and off for the past 6 months I have been getting disconnected from the servers. In game, in menus, it doesn't matter. It's not my internet, I'm using ethernet, I have 2gbps download, 1gbps upload, average 25 ping, 0.03% packet loss. I have ran the connection reports and everything, provided on the post. I have contacted the ISP, there are no issues on my end. Yet, I'm getting disconnected from the EA servers in the menus whilst typing this up. There was a recent patch about a month or so ago where I was no longer having these issues, but then, another update released, announcing the cover change and the Euros game mode. (Which I also can't play online without disconnecting from the server.) This is the only game I have connection issues with and I can even sit in the party chat, and tell them "Oop. I've been disconnected again." So it's not like my internet is cutting out, it's something with the server. 

Troubleshooting tips I have already attempted:

Hard resetting console.

Power cycle Router/Modem.

Port Forwarded (XBL, EA)

Toggled UPnP

Cleared Mac Address

Disabled SIP ALG (in router)

Setup static IPs for console

Uninstalled/Reinstalled Game

Deleted Saved Data

Swapped to Ethernet (CAT 6)

Below I have went ahead and provided my Connection Report and Match History. Hopefully, you can come to some sort of fix or diagnosis. I have done everything that I can potentially do to fix it on my end. It has to be an EA issue.

    While an 89 is listed as good, anything under 99 indicates a problem. You also have enough packet loss to cause disconnects and lag. Have you tried contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues?

  • @EA_Aljo Thanks for the quick response. As I have said in the post. I have contacted my ISP, they believe it an issue with the EA server itself. Because from my research, this seems like a widespread issue and all of us just keep getting the same three responses. Hard reset console, Hard reset router/modem, check for outages. Problem is, we all have done those steps, numerous times. As I said in the post, I have done all that I can on my end. Yesterday morning, I played online, 3 consistent disconnects in seasons, while still in the party chat with my friends. How is this an ISP or console issue if the only thing I'm disconnecting from is the server. And it doesn't just happen on FC, it happens on all EA games. Madden, UFC, NHL, you name it.

    With a score that low, it's an ISP or home network issue. The best I can do is keep troubleshooting. We're not aware of any issues with our server currently that would case the disconnects you're experiencing. Let me know if you want to continue troubleshooting.

    When it was working consistently a couple months ago, it was a 96. But since the disconnects it is obviously dropping. But troubleshooting wise, there's nothing more I can do. Thanks anyway.
