Constantly getting kicked from games and server no matter what

I recently managed to sort out my Nat type from 3 to 2 yet no matter what I will get randomly kicked out of games and when I’m just sitting in FUT menu complete joke the servers are awful constantly lagging crashing and freezing embarrassing.
