This is happening to me too. Dozens or maybe hundreds/thousands of other players too. EA isn't responding to ANY of them here or anywhere else. I want a refund or I want my game fixed. They're not helping me do either. No idea how to fix this mess. Scummy company that doesn't care at all about those that buy their product
