Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play on PC with Xbox controller and keyboard and mouse connected. The game fails to isolate the controller as the sole input method
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot control players by any means
What should be happening instead? Controller controls players
Whenever I join a Div Rivals game it automatically picks up my keyboard and mouse not my controller. No other game mode does this. Even when I've unplugged my keyboard and mouse it's zero use. My controller might work for a few seconds but after that I can't do anything whatsoever.
I'm using the EA app.
I've tried:
Windowed borderless
Moving my mouse to my other monitor
Unplugging keyboard and mouse
Diasbiling full screen optimisation and running as administrator
Using a PS4 controller instead of Xbox
I know I'm not the only one with this glitch as I've played other people on PC with the same glitch.
Getting the same problem in the ingame menu, please help. I am getting double inputs and it’s making my navigation unresponsive and forcing me to keep restarting every 5mins. Controller and keyboard and mouse is causing conflict bug and making menu unresponsive.
I have the exact same with my rivals games where my controls get * up not only because it thinks i am playing on keyboard and mouse even tho im playing on ps4 but instead of thinking i am on ps4 controller it thinks im on xbox controller. But EA dosent give out any * email support adress
its been over 3 weeks since this problem has been brought up and over a week since the last time a EA staff member has responded. EA's way of telling us they dont care without telling us they dont care
