CPU usage 90%, freeze in game

Question

When playing FC24 I have some freeze sometimes, I have 6ms ping almost every games and no packet loss. I opened task manager while playing and I noticed that my cpu is at over 90% whenever I start the game while my gpu is at like 5/10%.
my config is :

Ryzen 9 5900x

rtx 3080

32gb ram

Does anyone know where does the high CPU usage come from ?

@EA_Barry No this is obviously not the issue it happens for so many players on pc

It is just about possible you have your display connected to your motherboard instead of the GPU, check on that.

Yes please explain how to change that, i also get almost 100% cpu usage from fc 24 but no gpu usage, i even changed the used graphics unit in the nvidia control panel and the windows settings to my gpu. but still nothing happens
