Hello guys can anyone help me with this problem, I tried everything but still cant open it.... huwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
downgrade to windows 10 and then run the game it will solve the issue. There is some problem with the windows 11 update. If you want to keep windows 11 then first downgrade to windows 10 and then install windows 11 but turn on the pause update option to net get any update.

download this file https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209 and install windows 10. Don't forget to backup your data.

are you perhaps running windows 11 canary channel and are you on build 26040 or 26052? If so try to go back to 26020 by rolling back to the previous build, it has been proven that these 2 builds dont work and there will be no fix from EA for it.

I have also done reset of my PC but still my game doesn't open and whenever I try to launch it gives dump report and crashes with the following error show in the PIC. I have been waiting patiently for over an week but no response from your side or anyway to contact you.....I WANT AN IMMEDIATE FIX ASAP.....REFER TO THE ATTACHMENTS!
