DEMBELE RED PICK SWAPED WITH TIAGO SANTOS

I made rank 3 in wl the 13/05/2024 and found dembele and donnaruma from the red picks (I even took a photo of dembele because was an incredible pick). I also played 2 games with red pick dembele after finding him.

Today 14/05/2024 when I opened the game from the web app I found I ha only donnaruma and tiago santos red pick instead of dembele.

I immediately contacted the ea support and they told they could nothing so I have to write it here. As I told them this is a huge issue for me and if I don't get the card back I will publish on all of my social the chat I had with ea help and on this forum.
