I hope you have already received your Haaland Player Item and that this was just a small delay.
We want to remind you that this player has been delivered in a pack and not directly to your account.
Please check your packs and see if the Beats Haaland pack is there.
To ensure that everything is synced up properly, please log out and restart your game before checking for the pack.
Also, please remember that to be eligible for the in-game, untradeable Haaland player item in Ultimate Team, you must log in with an EA account on an applicable platform by November 1, 2023, 11:59 PM PT.

I didn't get any Haaland pack in my store and I exited the game and logged in again and again and still nothing from yesterday already

eligible is only the ea fc 24 game or and the compainion/web app;;

I did play way before nov 1st and still i didnt get it while on the other hand my brother literally started this week and he got it why?

I have played the game on the trial well before the deadline and to this day still haven’t received it. Can this be resolved ASAP please as it has really annoyed me that the matter of the fact is that I seen this and actioned it but I am yet to see any results for my actions.
please advise?!
