I hope you have already received your Haaland Player Item and that this was just a small delay.
We want to remind you that this player has been delivered in a pack and not directly to your account.
Please check your packs and see if the Beats Haaland pack is there.
To ensure that everything is synced up properly, please log out and restart your game before checking for the pack.
Also, please remember that to be eligible for the in-game, untradeable Haaland player item in Ultimate Team, you must log in with an EA account on an applicable platform by November 1, 2023, 11:59 PM PT.

I didn't get any Haaland pack in my store and I exited the game and logged in again and again and still nothing from yesterday already
