I would also like to remind you that you should check your FC companion app to see if you have received the pack, but you still have many unopened packs in your account.

    i did not recive my Beats Haaland and my ultimate team is from september 2023. i check my packs and there is no Beats Haaland pack. Please fix it, I also have problem reciveing FC PRO Open matches reward. I watchr full event for week 1 and week 3 but did not recive deserved rewards.
