Our game team has investigated the reported issue and confirmed that there are no problems with the pack. If you didn't receive the item you were expecting, it's possible that you didn't meet the requirements.
Just to clarify, in order to receive the item, you must have played the game by November 1, 2023, 11:59 PM PT (excluding the Trial version).

Hey Pulsar, think you should check with the team again as I (and it looks like many others) have been playing since initial release which was before November 1st, doing squad battles weekly and didn’t receive my Haaland card even though you said there wasn’t a problem.
this needs to be resolved.
EA should resend the rewards, worst case a few people get a dupe they have to sell or use in a SBC but there is obviously a distribution issue
