Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Game freezes all the time and having to close the game constantly.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes so much i have to keep closing and opening the game to be able to play. I have not received the free beats Haaland to complete objectives.

I have not received the beats Haaland which i am unable to complete the objectives for rewards. spoke to EA live chat wasn’t really helpful at all. Does this eventually get sorted or am I wasting my time..
