Didn’t get ultimate edition perks
I play Ea FC 24 in New Zealand, which means I can play the game ATM. I play ultimateedition But I still haven’t got my FCpoints or the TOTWpack,please help

I’m playing on XBox One and purchased the EA SPORTS FC™ 24 Ultimate Edition Xbox One & Xbox Series X|S on Saturday, September 16th for SEK 1,079.10
The purchase was made via Microsoft Store.

I got ultimate edition But dont have my totw only got the fifa points and loans?i checked i got ultimate edition
I am also having this issue. Pre-ordered on Thursday, installed on friday amd haven't recieved my Cover Star loan item, my 2 ambassador picks, my totw player, my Nike campaign player and kit, and ogher items for pro clubs and career.
Hello, I am experiencing the same issue with regards to the fifa points and totw pack. Is there anything to do so I can claim it ? I have already checked and I have ultimate edition, I am on xbox and bought it on the microsoft store on xbox.
I havent gotten the nike stuff or the hero stuff and some other things
I am having the same issues, bought the ultimate edition on xbox one through Microsoft store on 21st, downloaded 22nd and not received any of the perks
- @EA_Hux hey, im getting this issue aswell. ive had my fifa points but i havent received my TOTW pack or anything like that.
Same, doesn't look like EA will compensate the error. Been 3 days and yet to recieve anything positive.
I have checked my purchase on steam and yes I bought ultimate edition and still have not recieved the in game items and tokens. i redeemed it on steam and got an error before it went away now they are not on my account and i dont know where i can go to have this fixed.
