Didn’t get ultimate edition perks

I play Ea FC 24 in New Zealand, which means I can play the game ATM. I play ultimateedition But I still haven’t got my FCpoints or the TOTWpack,please help

Hello @johnFUT10 ,

What platform are you playing on, where did you buy the Ultimate edition and did you check your purchase history to see if you got the correct edition ?

@EA_Hux hey, im getting this issue aswell. ive had my fifa points but i havent received my TOTW pack or anything like that.

    Same, doesn't look like EA will compensate the error. Been 3 days and yet to recieve anything positive.
