DirectX Error For EA FC 24

Question

When I try open Ea FC 24 using Parrallel Desktop I continue recieving this message: Failed to initialize display adapter.Please ensure your video card is compatible and the drivers for it installed.usually this is a result of missing vendor specific driver. I tried to do everything, update directx, turn off hardware acceleration, update my graphics card but absolutely nothing works and im not sure what to do.

I attached my macbook's specs and stuff and I have 100GB of free space and enough memory to run ea fc 24 yet nothing works is it possible to play EA FC 24 using parellel desktop?

Its a EA FC 24 bug....many people have that problem....they give us a stuped advice(update windows,update drivers,clean reboot.........)and noone from this advice help us...they need to fix that game....we waiting for that fix from 2-3 weeks...but noone care about that...they took our money...why to care about that ?!?!&nbsp;
