DirectX Error

I bought an EA Play subscription on Steam, to play EAFC24 but I can't launch the game. Everytime I launch the game it says: directx error. (screenshot) I have tried about everything but nothing helps...

Please share your Dxdiag report with us so we can check what else could be causing this.
