Disappearing Created Players

One of my current Career Mode saves is untenable and crashes endlessly upon entering Squad Hub as I had a single created player cease to exist after 3 seasons.

    Hey @xYabaii, this sounds like a corrupt save. Does it happen when you try to play using a different save?

    Yes. I believed this to be the case also. Unfortunately, I went as far as going back, preemptively releasing the player, and making a new save game with no joy whatsoever.

    If rolling back the save didn't work, you could perhaps try to create a brand new save and go into the Squad Hub to see if this happens again, that will give us a better idea if this is a corrupt save or not.

    Ah, I misunderstood.

    There is no similar problem in a brand new save. However, the issue would still arise in due time as had happened in the previous save, no? I find that created players consistently disappear after 3 or 4 seasons. This is just the first time they were in my team and I hadn’t simply moved clubs in anticipation thereof.

    Is there nothing that can be done with the corrupt save data? Is there nothing that can be done about this issue involving created players? From a troubleshooting perspective I mean. Is it simply that I shouldn’t use created players in career mode?

    It's not guaranteed that it won't happen again. What you can do is try having different saves for the same career mode so you can go back in time in case this happens again. It's not guaranteed that it won't crash again but there's a chance you will be able to carry on in case something happens again. This issue has been reported to our team and they're aware of it.
