Disconnected Gameplay Session Error

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Around 3:30-4:30 each time
What is your time zone? AET - GMT + 10:00
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

What happens when the bug occurs? NOTE: THIS IS ON THE COMPANION APP, Please add an option named Companion/Web App in future. When you try to move players in the club, they do not save and display and error. When trying to do an sbc, it fails when "Exclude active squad players" is enabled, but works fine when it is turned off. This happened last week and over the weekend, I played several games across SB, Rivals and Friendlies. when I tried the web app on PC, it worked. When I tried using the app today after completing the Max 87 Hero Pack (Of course I packed Ricken, just wanted Cahill or Kewell or Marchisio), the glitch started. Please reply if you need videos as I have a few of this.
What should be happening instead? The app would let me keep making changes to the team and completing SBCs.
