dx12 renderer waitonswapchain gpu time detected ERROR NEED HELP

When i  start before 2 weeks there was no problem ,but last 5-6 days there is too much freezing and stuttering in game and İ am receiving this error ,İ reduce options to  low but nothıng change  i am usıng latest drivers and my devices enough to smooth play but cant fix thıs problem
