EA FC 24 - Black screen when launching the game on PC

EA FC 24 PC Does not open aftter white splash screen. I have r5 3500 + gtx 750ti + 16gb, I think with my specs the game should run just fine, but I can't enter the game. I just tried everything it says in the other thread that says solved and it's not solved.

I have windows 11 pro, tried with windows 10 too and didnt work.

hello I have tried in the last 24 hours trying to launch fc24 on my cpu and i have done everything to get this game started again. but now its at a point that nothing is working to get this game launched. I am now stuck with a game i can't play and can't get a refund. EA is not noticing this or don't care? It's either EA rep fixes my issue or give me my refund.

I've done all these. I've all the requirements, the problem continues
