ea fc 24 account hacked

Same here had my account hacked, lost 250k+ and left with a sanction on my account, multiple live chats and have been denied every single time. Nothing given back to me, sanction won’t be lifted and they haven’t even gave a proper reason as to why they won’t be doing this, every time just saying I’ve broken the terms of service even though you can clearly see a login from the Philippines that wasn’t me. It’s an absolute joke. 

Same here , my account hacked,  lost about 700k+ coin and they sold my all tradeable player, i saved 120-130 player pack for TOTY players.. they opened the good ones. and just quicksell or idk  cuz i dont have new players.. i tried to talk with EA  in live chat  ( waiting time was 1-2 min ) and 4 hours later when i wasn't at pc they write me... but didn't replied to my masseges..

SU_KS  i stop to play if  EA won't give me back my coins, players, and players pack.. 

 I spend more then 120 hour to collect these coins, player, players pack.. i dont spend real money on it cuz i can't so i spend much time for collect .. did all objectives etc.. hard work for me  and EA say : i cant help... ofc  ..... 

Same thing has happened to me. Been in contact with them and they have told me there is no sign of suspicious activity but I have been blocked from using the transfer marked because I was hacked. 

the company are an absolute joke! I can’t seem to find a way to make a formal complaint.

spent so much time and money on this game. Never again!

it happen to me too this morning and i have 1 billion on my account

1. I had 5.5 mill  future Stars maldini stolen whilst I was on holiday by people on the app they took everything even my contacts luckily my teams untradable but still 5.5 mill of hard work and some trading gone ......

Had 2.3m stolen off my account by hackers , anyone know if they’ve been reimbursed , I’m still waiting for an email reply from them. Couldn’t get through on the ea chat as there was a queue for 12 plus hours.

Got the game from PSPlus only to find my account compromised with a disposable email. Logged the call and told to verify the details. 

Explained it's been hacked but told first to contact the email address that had been used to hack and then told verification details were wrong.

Now it sends me in circles and won't allow me to get any further. It also means all EA games are locked for me. Never known customer service like it. Resorted to X in the hope of some kind of respnse

What’s crazy is that this happened to a friend of mine. Packs mbappe out of a wee players pack. Sells for 13 million on transfer market. Buys a few players to strengthen his squad. Get a spam message from eanadir. Eventually had his account hacked. All his players that were bought were sold and used to re open packs through the store. My friend contacts EA via live chat looking for help. They lockout his account to investigate and somehow they ban him for violating rules. Like WTF!!! That makes 0 sense. How do you ban someone completely from playing the game when he’s the one asking for help. 

my account got hacked and they put my 97 haaland and 98 puskas etc into a gold upgrade and now i barely have anyone so if you could try get ne my players back please it would be nice thanks slot
