EA FC 24 can't go full-screen on Windows 11 pc

EA FC 24 can't go full-screen on Windows 11 pc.  No matter what I try, game is in window.  Tried editing ini, alt+enter, f11, reinstalled.  Can't find a solution.  Tried making support case to chat, no response. Any ideas??
