EA FC 24 Career MODE KEEPS CRASHING AT A SPECIFIC DAY AT THE CALENDAR

First of all I'd like to say I play on pc and with mods. The thing is, at a specific day at the calendar the game frozes for a sec and suddenly crashes. Does anybody know how can I fix this situation? if so, i'd be so grateful.
