PLEASE EA SUPPORT TEAM RESPOND
whenever i play the game i plug in a controller but the game still picks up the mouse input as if im playing with the mouse. it is stuck to the center of the screen and interrupts the controller input and player behavior. i try to move it to the top of the screen or the to corner and after a few seconds it resets back to the center and interrupts the input. this is a known issue with no solution from you as far as ive seen online to try and solve it. i tried unplugging the mouse entirely but it somehow still resets to the middle and does the same. i tried deleting the mouse from device manager so it doesnt exist in the playing session and still the problem occurs. i tried opening the game with mouse and keyboard, cahnged the input mode to keyboard only and still the mouse is reset in the middle as if im using it. i tried fullscreen, borderless, windowed and in all of them i moved the mouse away waited until the icon is gone continued with the controller and still. please help me.
EA Anti-Cheat false detection DiscSoftTD Daemon Tools in FC24
Hello EA Support, I cannot launch EA SPORTS FC 24 because EA Anti-Cheat blocks it with this message: "This software cannot be used at the same time as the game: DiscSoftTD (Daemon Tools)." But I have never installed Daemon Tools. I checked installed programs, services, processes, and registry — nothing exists. I already tried reinstalling EA Anti-Cheat, clearing EA cache, and restarting the PC. This looks like a false detection. Please check and provide a fix. Thanks.
Stuttering issues cutscenes and in gameplay
The fps goes all the way down during the cutscenes.This happens on most of it.Like the pre match stuff ,and especially replays and corner kick situations.The fps goes from 60 to 10,9 like and it's really frustrating.I can't clearly get skip it correctly because if I accidentally hit it 2 times the gameplay registers more InputsNothing shows on the screen
Okay, so when I open the app, the game, it opens up normally, but during the loading page, where there is EA FC 24, no sounds, no movement, nothing happens, not even the lines moving, everything is just frozen in place. Then after maybe a few minutes, it then shows the page which allows me to click which profile I want to continue with, and I click, and it then takes me to a homepage. But in that homepage, it shows nothing, it's all blank. The music is still there in the background. I press a random button, and it clicks, words pop up for a few seconds, and then it goes blank again, music still on though.FC 25 ANTİCHEAT PROBLEM
I have been playing the game for exactly 40 hours. When I last played, I got angry and pulled Alt+F4, shutting down the PC directly. When I wanted to turn it on again after 5 minutes, it indicated that the game couldn't start because EasyAntiCheat was open. I checked, but it wasn't open; in fact, I even deleted it, yet my problem continues.
