EA Anti-Cheat Error #4 (C0000210) – All Fixes Executed, Still Broken
Platform: PC Game: FIFA 23 EA Help Case Number: 230252414 I’ve executed every known fix for EA Anti-Cheat and FIFA 23, including: - Full uninstall of EA App, FIFA 23, and EA Anti-Cheat - Manual deletion of leftover folders, cache, and registry entries - Reinstallation of EA Anti-Cheat with Secure Boot enabled - Manual recreation of Anti-Cheat service and certificate injection - Controlled restarts after each step - Comparison of integrated vs standalone Anti-Cheat installers Despite this, the game fails to launch. The Anti-Cheat window loops into “performing reinstallation,” and the same error persists: The error message is consistent and repeatable: EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart your PC. C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe (7) (2) Internal error #4: C0000210 – Dumping failed. This confirms the issue is not caused by local setup or user error. EA support acknowledged the problem but redirected me here instead of escalating internally. I am posting this to demand visibility and proper escalation. If others are facing the same issue, please reply or upvote to help push this forward. EA Help Case Reference: This issue is already documented under EA Help Case #230252414. All local troubleshooting has been exhausted. I request EA staff to escalate this internally and provide a corrected Anti-Cheat build or patch. Hello EA Team, I am experiencing a serious matchmaking issue in EA Sports FC 26. Even though I am located in Turkey, the game automatically connects me to a distant data center (NFS / 159.153.71.17) instead of the correct regional servers (e.g., Frankfurt, Milan, or Middle East). What happens The game always forces me onto a far data center Ping is around 130–140 ms instead of the usual 35–45 ms Matchmaking never switches to the correct region Multiple players in Turkey are reporting the same issue recently Technical details My tracert to easo.ea.com consistently routes to: 159.153.71.17 (NFS Data Center) → ~135 ms ping This should NOT be the default server for players in Turkey. What support told me Live chat support confirmed: Multiple players are affected This is a server-side issue My case has been escalated to the specialist team What I already tried (did not fix) DNS reset Router reset NAT Type OK No VPN Clean reinstall Game settings reset What we need Please review the routing / data center assignment for Turkey. Before this issue, matchmaking always connected to closer EU servers (35–45 ms). Now it connects to a distant region with 130+ ms constantly. This is a major gameplay problem and makes competitive modes unplayable. Thank you.102Views0likes1CommentFIFA 23 - Missing Squads for 2022 FWC & 2023 FWWC + all TUs faces
Hello EA forums, I just bought FIFA 23 for Black Friday, after finally buying a new computer after 10 years & I must say that I'm extremely disappointed to see that not only are the Finalists' squads not updated for the 2 DLCs 2022 FIFA World Cup & 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, but also there are no faces from the game's Title Updates. Apparently, the game's servers were shutdown on October 30, 2025, when they initially were meant to run to December 15. Because of the early shutdown, over a month later buying the game on Black Friday, I now miss out on all this content. How to fix/rectify this situation? Many thanks, RobbieD_PL26Views0likes0Comments300 Ping on only Clubs
Since release I have 300 ping on 70% of the club matches on pc. Every other online game mode works perfectly. I am from Switzerland, so servers should not be a problem. Sometimes, using a VPN works, but bad routing happens occasionally. How can this be f10Views0likes0Comments"EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart the game. (94)"
I am unable to launch EA SPORTS FC 24 due to the anticheat error "EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart the game. (94)". This issue started after a system crash (blue screen) that occurred when I attempted to open the game while another game using Easy Anti-Cheat (Fortnite) was active. The crash appears to have corrupted the anticheat system. Troubleshooting Steps Performed: Restarted the PC and launched the game as an administrator. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game through the Steam. Verified game file integrity (Steam) Manually uninstalled and reinstalled the anticheat (EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe) from the game's installation folder. Manually deleted the anticheat service from the command line (sc delete EAAntiCheatService) and then reinstalled it. This process returned "Error 87: The parameter is incorrect," indicating a corrupted registry entry. Checked Windows system files using sfc /scannow. No integrity violations were found. Repaired the system image using DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth. The operation completed successfully, but the issue persists. Cleared the temporary files folder (%temp%) and disabled all background programs and overlays.1.7KViews3likes6Comments
