EA FC 24 colour issues with players, crowd, pitch etc

EA can you please fix my issue ASAP. This game in any mode is unplayable because of the colour issues. Nothing can be identified players, the pitch, kits nothing. 

I know it isn’t my PC because no other game has these issues it’s only EAFC 24. 

if you can’t fix this I want a refund, because I can’t play the game.

Nope nothing has been done to fix it, EA don’t seem to be doing anything. I’ve changed settings on the game and my PC multiple time with no luck. I even did a factory reset of my PC and it’s still the same. 

The game is broken. No other game on my PC has these colour issues.

I don’t play the game anymore because it’s just unplayable in every game mode. No response from EA nothing. No chance for a refund now because it’s been so long

Seems like EA will never fix this issue since they are more focused on their console players. I found a quick fix for the washed out colours or low contrast issues. It could come from bad windows 11 automatic HDR optimisation (happened on other EA games like BF2042). You need to ctrl-tab and open a YouTube video into full screen to force your display into HDR. Close it and the game should automatically pop up this time with the correct HDR colours and contrast. Hope this helps. ✌🏻

ive bought new eafc24 on my windows 11 laptop for both epic games and steam . and for months ive been having this problem [ glitch ] when i open the game the colors and lights are broke , ball and pitch graphics are also broke , you can barely see  player , there is big light on player and their body parts are glitched .                                                       i saw someone else having same issue aswell https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/EA-FC-24-colour-issues-with-players-crowd-pitch-etc/m-p/13161645                               ive tried everything but still it has this glitch and bugs . my windows is updated , ive changed all the settings but none of them have worked yet , i dont have hdr btw and my gpu is 2070 qmax , help guys
