EA FC 24 Companion app no ultimate team found

So I have a ultimate team account last year and this year but I didn't use companion app till now. I downloaded it and it just says I need to login in my ultimate team and make an acc of ultimate team even though I been playing ultimate team ea fc 24 for a while. I seen ppl have this issue before the release of the game don't know why its happening now. I changed my password, reinstalled it try to use the web. It did open once from web but then it never opened even on the web so pls help
