EA FC 24 crash when trying to connect to online

I bought FC24 this week but I am noticing that the game keeps randomly crashing without it giving me an error until now it crashed for more than 10 times, it crashed in game, menus, and even in settings. Note that I have updated the graphic card driver and windows update .

My system specs 

5600x

rtx3080

Yesterday I bought standard version and downloaded. As I am experienced EA fifa user I guessed that as usual I will meet such problems and I was right. The same issue when in online mode you try to open the game. When it starts the video it becomes black and crashes. So, I tried to go offline in EA apps and it works. I could play offline exhibition matches. But after did not try to go online and try again. I did all recommendations found in youtube and other sources - run as admin, clear EA cache, update drivers, etc. I will share my experience when I try again to go online to use FUT. I am also from Armenia

Do we need to do these actions each time we want to open the game?

Been having this problem for 4 days now ive tried everything i can find but i still cant play the game

I have encountered this problem as well. It worked fine the first day, then suddenly started crashing when I tried to connect online. I deleted all my saved data and it started working again, but alas after a day the connection issue started again, so I am back to square 1. Forced to play the game in offline mode. On Switch, but from what I can read on this thread the problem is on several platforms.
