EA FC 24 error there is a problem with your games setup

Just got EAFC 24 but when I try to launch it it just says 'there is a problem with your games setup. please reinstall your game' can anyone suggest a fix

    I had this problem and I solved it. You have to download windows media future pack from here:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack

    Then:

    Step 1: Press Win + I to open Windows Settings.

    Step 2: Select Apps > Apps & features.
    Step 3: Choose Optional features from the right pane.

    Step 4: Click on Add a feature in the Optional feature window, then type Media Feature Pack into the text box to search and install it.

    It worked for me. I hope it also works for you guys.

    does this work when I download eafc24 on steam? I tried it, it still doesn't work for me and I don't know what I did wrong

    hey man i also tried all thes methods keep getting same error what did you end up doing

    @Denwolop Hi, try buying any game from the EA store (example: need for speed for very few money).
    Install it and play it for a few minutes.
    Then exit the game and follow my guide again.
    A friend of mine solved it like this 😉.

    I had the same problem for FC 25, After tens of fixes that did not work
