Dear EA Team,
It is so frustrating that I go through this on the day I was waiting to start playing the game.
I bought the game from G2A and they sent the key to me.
I redeemed it but the game is not showing in the library!
I tried to redeem again but I noticed something In the discerption.. it says (ea sports fc™ 24 standard pre-order incentive) and I have to own the base game.
Can someone explain to me what is the issue here and how I can solve it???
I just want to play the game and enjoy it.
