Summarize your bug I have redeemed a code for FC 24 and it went to start downloading and it was stuck on preparing, so I done all the troubleshooting to fix it and when i had cleared the app cache it had wiped the game from my downloads and library. Ive contacted EA through email yesterday but have had no response since.
When im logged into the website, on the support forum it claims that EA FC 24 is one of my games that i own but i just dont have any access to it. If i try redeem the code again it then says its invalid or has been used.
If anyone has a fix for this please tell me cause I've basically lost all my money if i cant fix this.
