I redeemed a game code for the game EAFC 24.

During the "Content is being prepared" process, I canceled the installation because I had installed it on the wrong hard drive. Now it is not visible in the game library or order history and the code can no longer be redeemed.

      having same here and support contating is very annoying and takes ages anyone got fixed it yet ? mine still same
